THE ROLE The Care Support Help Desk (CSHD) Worker reports to the CSHD Coordinator. The position works closely with Child Protection, Care Services, Kinship Engagement Teams, Out of Home Care Service providers and Peak organisations to support best outcomes for children in statutory care.
