Legal Consultant - Derivatives

We are currently on the lookout for Legal Consultants with Derivatives experience to join our ranks with: Legal practitioner with Ideally 2+ years’ experience within the derivatives / structured products, gained either within private practice or in-house The ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders and adaptability to new situations and work environments. The responsibilities for this role will include: Working with and advising business clients directly, while providing guidance and practical solutions in relation to the ever-changing financial regulatory environment Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of standard and complex derivatives documentation for both sell-side and buy-side clients Assisting with essential projects in response to current regulatory and political changes Advising on risk mitigation strategies and maintaining up to date regulatory standards Assisting with the development of new products and markets where applicable Compensation, Benefits Working Location: This role offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace, that includes health benefits, CPF/MPF contributions and more.
