Legal Consultant - Technology (Part-time)

We are currently seeking a lawyer with technology law/commercial contracts experience to work with our F500 clients on a part-time basis: Responsibilities Working side by side with the legal and business teams of our F500 clients to provide support related to technology law/ commercial contracts Drafting and negotiating a wide range of tech-related commercial agreements across various business lines Maintaining and updating documentation with most recent regulatory requirements Working with and advising business clients directly, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions for various corporate policies where required Minimum Qualifications Legal practitioner with a minimum of 3-8 years’ experience in technology law, or drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts in the tech sector Compensation, Benefits Working Location: This role offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace, that includes health benefits, CPF/MPF contributions and more.
