We are currently seeking mid-senior employment lawyers to join us and provide mid / long term support for our Fortune 500 clients: Responsibilities: Providing legal support to HR functions and advising on employment related legal matters Provide subject matter legal advice on employment law matters across APAC, including but not limited to, employee relations, workplace policies, terminations, and compliance with labor laws. Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, severance agreements, and other employment-related documents. Assist in the resolution of employment disputes Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement effective workplce policies and procedures. Provide guidance on best practices for employee performance management, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations Minimum Qualifications: Qualified lawyer with ideally minimum of 2 years of experience in employment law from corporates/financial institutions or law firms.
