As a Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer, you will resolve complex technical issues and closely collaborate with backend development teams. Your main focus will be expert-level troubleshooting, with additional opportunities to engage in backend tasks related to Java, Spring Boot microservices, APIs, and blockchain technologies. Responsibilities: Provide advanced (Tier 3) technical support, ensuring fast issue identification, resolution, and escalation when needed. Work closely with Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, DevOps, and backend developers to solve code-level and system-level issues. Design, develop, and maintain internal automation tools to optimize workflow and reduce manual processes. Build dashboards and monitoring solutions to track system performance and incident trends.
