Legal Consultant - Technology

We are currently seeking a lawyer with technology law experience to work with our F500 clients: Legal practicioner with 2-10 years’ PQE advising on a wide spectrum of technology related legal matters (e.g. e-commerce, Cloud, FinTech and / or other technology product and services, etc.) gained either within private practice or in house The responsibilities for this role will include: Working side by side with the legal and business teams of our F500 clients to support internal stakeholders in line with their company goals Providing practical, commercially tailored legal advice across various business lines Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of tech-related agreements (e.g. inbound / outbound licensing agreements, software development contracts, services and consulting agreements, IT and business process outsourcing agreements, or SaaS agreements) Advising on legal issues associated with the development, implementation and use of existing / new technology products and services where required Compensation, Benefits Working Location: This role offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace, that includes health benefits, CPF/MPF contributions and more.
