Senior Compliance Consultant - Fund / Asset Management, APAC

We are currently seeking an experienced Compliance Consultant to support our global client in Funds / Asset management: Responsibilities : Act as senior regional compliance lead for APAC region, combining APAC coverage with global ownership of key topics (including conflicts of interest), and providing day‑to‑day advisory support to the business. Lead designated global compliance subject areas, setting standards, creating tools and supporting local compliance teams to ensure consistent implementation. Monitor and interpret APAC regulatory developments, assess impact on the business, and drive implementation of practical solutions in partnership with Legal and other control functions. Design and run targeted compliance risk assessments, monitoring and testing, enhance policies and procedures, and oversee investigations, remediation, regulatory reviews and structured reporting to senior management. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; law qualification preferred; 7+ years’ compliance experience with financial services. Relevant experience in asset/investment management would be a great advantage (ideally including real estate/private markets). Strong knowledge of APAC regulatory regimes Excellent communication and stakeholder skills; high integrity, detail‑orientation and a collaborative, solutions‑focused approach.
