Legal Consultant - Commercial Contracts

We are currently seeking a Legal Consultant - Commercial Contracts to work with our F500 clients. Responsibilities: Working side by side with the legal and business teams of our F500 clients to provide commercially tailored support Providing practical legal advice on transactional matters while aligning with business goals and initiatives Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and other agreements across various business lines Maintaining and updating documentation with most recent regulatory requirements Working with and advising business clients directly, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions for various corporate policies where required Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 1 PQE in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts Compensation, Benefits Working Location: This role offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace, that includes health benefits, CPF/MPF contributions and more.
