1. What Kairoshire is
Kairoshire is a free Australian job board and career-tools platform. We aggregate job listings from partner sources and provide free tools (job matching, a resume builder, an interview trainer and a salary estimator). For job seekers, the service is free to use.
2. Job listings
Listings are aggregated from third-party partner sources. You typically complete your application on the employer's or source's own website. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the accuracy, availability or outcome of any listing, and a listing is not an offer of employment from us.
3. No guarantee of employment
We help connect job seekers with opportunities, but we do not guarantee that you will be matched, contacted, interviewed or hired. Our tools provide general assistance and are not professional, legal, financial or migration advice.
4. Your account and information
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service lawfully. You can access, correct, delete or unsubscribe your information at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including scraping, disrupting, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to it, or using it to send spam or unlawful content.
6. Employer services
Employers may purchase recruitment-advertising and shortlisting services (for example, our 7-Day Shortlist). Those services are a done-for-you advertising and screening service; we do not guarantee a hire. Where we offer a service-and-refund promise, its terms are set out on the relevant offer page.
7. Intellectual property
The Kairoshire name, brand and site content are ours or our licensors'. Job listing content belongs to the respective sources and employers.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from your use of the service or reliance on any listing or tool output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes
We may update the service or these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
